Dwight Gayle to Bristol City is off

Premier League striker Dwight Gayle is set to snub a £6 million move to Championship side Bristol City to stay with Crystal Palace, according to ESPN.
Gayle does not want to join Bristol City
The 25-year-old joined the club in 2o13 from Peterborough in a club record £4.5 million move and has gone on to make 48 appearances scoring 12 goals for the Eagles.
Bristol City had a stunning £6 million bid accepted for the pacy striker by Alan Pardew yesterday, but Gayle turned down a move as he’s reluctant to move to the Championship – let alone to newly promoted Bristol City.
Plenty of other Championship sides are ready to pounce on the former Arsenal striker, with Middlesbrough, Fulham, Wolves and QPR all interested.
He may end up feeling a second tier move is his only option, with the incoming Patrick Bamford and Connor Wickham pushing him even further down the pecking order at Selhurst Park – It is currently looking incredibly hard for Gayle to break into the Palace first-team.
Gayle is an excellent Championship player and would’ve been an absolutely fantastic signing for Bristol if it had come off, but alas, it seems as though the deal is dead – but if another second tier club can come in and secure his signature, he will add an undoubted element of firepower.

He was odds on to reject the move.
It looked like one of those bids I put in when I'm bored playing Football Manager. I take all my funds and try and buy Lionel Messi. The offer is accepted but the player doesn't even come and negotiate.

Bristol city are fuked. Manager will be off soon. He ain't happy. Tell by his interview on the weekend he ain't a happy chappy

Grange Albion have put in a £5 bid,free drinks in the Cornwall for a year and and online shopping at Asda free for a year. He's thinking it over.

Same as shedloads of young talent rather sit in the stands at a prem club raking in megabucks than actualy play each week in a lower league
