I completely agree with his stance on the youth set up and agree with many of your arguments too. I would rather the club keep cutting the bills and trying to become financially stable and use youth players as a alternative to spending money on players with signing on fees, agent fees and the transfer fee itself. We should push through the youngsters and set up a system, for example, send them out for two seasons to gain first team experience in League One and Two and then give them a chance afte that to see if they cut the grade. There is always talent, it is whether our club is fully focused on unearthing it.

That seems to have benefitted Joe Ralls,he went out on loan to Yeovil and has really blossomed and is now probably one of the first names on the team sheet.
