Season tickets in the family stand!

Tue Aug 11, 2015 6:53 pm

Is there anyone in the same situation as me?
Have held a season ticket along with my 18 yr old son for 12 yrs in the family stand, but when I went to renew was told my son was too old and that I needed someone under 16 to be able to purchase my same seats which I've had for the past 5 seasons. My son was 17 last season and 16 the season before and nothing was said then. Because of this I haven't renewed this year. Just don't understand how they can turn people away when they need as much support as they can. Saturday was a crowd of just over 15000 and that will drop if the attitude of the club doesn't change.

your son is an adult now, so he has no choice but to get onto the adult price season tickets.

Its right that the club leaves the family stand to under 16s

Same situation happened to me last season. I argued the toss that two older generations (father & son in 60's & 40's) are allowed in, why not 40's & an 18 yr old? They had no answer and are unable to offer like for like bands in the ground. The marketing of the club is poor. Half empty stadium with thousands of empty seats in the Family Stand, yet they are turning people away.
Clueless!!

It's pretty damn simple, your son is an adult now. The family stand is for parents and kids. Just get a ticket in the Canton. :?
