Why in Gods name would we as a football club give Slade up till Christmas before we sack him for his incompetence, how much damage are we prepared for him to inflict on our club before we act,give him 6 games only to prove me and many others wrong,football is big business, and sometimes you have to be ruthless and ahead of the game

How about this Friday?

I would say at least 75% thought Saturday's game was an improvement and as discussed 1000s of times on this forum. He has had to cut squad and fight wage bill. He said players wasn't fit enough which they certainly looked fitter Saturday. Yes players like adeyemi going i don't agree with but who knows what was happening behind scenes (maybe sulking ) .

So for the millionth time lets support CARDIFF CITY (all players and management ).

What incompetence aside from your own opinions?

We weren't great last season but Slade took us up the table and reshaped the squad, reducing the budget and losing little quality in the process. More of the same this summer and the first two results haven't been bad with overall play looking much better if hopefully having another couple of gears to go yet.

Just because you personally don't like the man doesn't mean he is a bad manager or that he should be sacked.

Support the team and when the actual right time comes for Slade to go (maybe 6 games, maybe Christmas, maybe another few years!) the rest of the support will be with you in calling for him to go.

I honestly think we will be in top 10 at least, in the mix for the play-offs. If we find another few gears (whether a new signing or in our own tactics and selection) then we could even go higher.

1. He doesnt do player fitness
2. He doesnt do any coaching as it seems Trollope does that
3. So does that mean he picks the team and tells them tactics / what to do on the pitch ?

If it is Slade who picks the team and decides onfield tactics - then it is extremely boring to watch and as little to no end product. That's why I have little confidence in Slade being able to deliver anything worth watching. I dont care where we finish - as we arent going to win it and we wont go down

Point 1 is incorrect, we are probably as fit as we were in the Malky years after a gruelling pre-season. Last season we were not fit but that was a hangover from Ole.

Point 2 isn't a big deal, most managers don't do a lot of coaching. Probably the greatest ever, Sir Alex, delegated most of, if not all, the coaching. I don't think Dave Jones did a lot of coaching here either and he had a great spell.

Point 3 is what he will be judged on, and this season is when we can truly begin judging Slade and we are only two games in. Way too early yet. Support the boys and see what happens
