Rydo, That's exactly what I think 95% of it towards the debt,if we sell.

Your being generous thinking we'd get 5% the fact we're looking at myhill on loan says none will go back into player recruitment

If we sell Marshall, we should be replacing him with another goalkeeper.

I'm with you. We need a quality goalie if Marshall goes.

The irony is that if Marshall signs for a top premier club, he may not even be first choice! If that's the case, then only Tan wins.

John, that very well could happen.

Marshall will not sign for any team if he will be second choice. He needs first team football to keep his place in the scotland team.
I don't think he is in any hurry to leave, and will happily stay with no remorse if the deal falls through.

Why don't we offer that they could loan him back to us once Foster is fit?
And who knows maybe Myhill will look great against Man City coming up?

Apparently at least one of the highest wage players has to go.
And also Slade has been promised if he sells Davivd Marshall or offl loads Kenwyne Jones who is on approx £50,000 a week including, match appearances, bonuses and Ni/Tax etc he can get his midfielder as soon as.
Slade has been quoted that he is happy with this years squad and they are raring to go,with all pre-season plans gone very well
