Impressed, blew at times but you can see what he is doing and he could be a massive player for us not just in size

He is going to be a big player for us, some of those through balls he played yesterday were excellent

Yes totally agree, he will get even better when his level of fitness improves. He and Ralls will be major players in our midfield this season but I still think we need a creative, pacey, powerful midfield general to unite them. I would still find room for Gunnarsson this season though. A top player (and potential captain) for us.

The 1 first half to Pilkington was excellent. Didn't think he was capable of that to be honest

Imo Dico is clearly better with the ball than gunner, he put a few beautiful forward balls through. Gunner is a grafter but doesn't have much creativity

But Dico Gunnar and Rallsy together could be exciting. Though I'd still rather see a new midfield general come in and work with Ralls, Dico or Gunnar

Does he look slimmer now?

I genuinely hope he does well for you, he's a nice guy who despite his weight problems did a job for us.

I don't think he will ever look slimmer but he's a player who could do an excellent job this season
