First real attendance for a long time?

Premier League year aside, this season will give the first true reflection on where we stand as a club in terms of fanbase for a very very long time. 15,400 today. Need to string some results together to send that upwards. We are back in blue now so there should be no excuse for the local City fans to rally behind the side. Be happy to take a point today.

The rugby would have had an effect today.

Maybe. I dont see why though, kick off isnt for another half an hour, they dont clash. I think first game of the season novelty will have brought in any we lost to the rugby. I hope we can build on this now and there isnt too much negaivity around because a point against Fulham is not bad at all.

I wouldn't think many would want to go to both though, 30 mins isn't long.

I think we are heading for an average attendance of about 15k this season. Which begs the questions,
Where are all these fans who came to support us in the prem?
And where are all these supporters who said they would come back when we changed to blue?

The oldguard would be furious at such plastic fans that have latched on to the club, I blame the typical student chino wearing stereotype

17 to 18 will be about right, if we are playing well 20, if we struggle down to about 14 or 15
