How do you stop posts being duplicated?

If you mean having two posts exactly the same one under the other (occasionally happens) then you have a short time to go into 'edit' and remove one of the posts or you can simply pm one of the 'Mods' and we will remove it for you (something we try to do anyway when we come across such situations)

If you mean duplicate threads, then that is a little more difficult for operational reasons, although we do merge threads occasionally that are of similar content

The long term solution is sort your mobile out.

It happened to me a lot then I was told to select "return to General Chat" after posting instead of the back button.

Main things are double-clicking the submit button - it only needs one click. Also pressing 'back' on the browser after submitting the post sometimes causes the techie stuff to start over, so it 'processes' the action of posting a thread/comment again.

Make sure you only click submit once, and once the thread is posted, don't use the back button, just use the menus to get back to the forum front page.

I've posted few times early then I've noticed that the moderators pinch other peoples post or make it a sticky.
