Annual predictions

Same as I do every year it's time to make my predictions for promotion and relegation from each league did well in predicting the lower leagues last but not the championship anyway this years predictions below post yours up aswell. 
Prem
1st Chelsea - by far the best squad and the best manager
2nd Arsenal- best of the rest IMO
3rd Man U- have made some good signing could do with another world class striker as well as 2 CB if they want to star challenging
4th- Man city- haven't improved the squad from last year Sterling a waste of money IMO Pelligreni will be gone sometime this season IMO
18th- Newcastle not enough quality or fight in their side and don't see Mclaren changing that
19- Watford changing managers was a stupid decision and even though they have quality up front the rest of the team simply isn't good enough
20th Norwith - not enough quality throughout the team
Championship
1st Hull- haven't lost that many players already had a strong squad and have added quality such as Akpom who I think will score plenty of goals for them plus Bruce is a top manager
Derby good squad change of manager will be good for them and they will finally go up
PW Sheff Wed- New owner have brought in host of new players and expect them to add more some good signing such as luca Joao if thy don't go up this yet then expect to be up there next

1st Wigan - squad Is surely to good not to go up also added signings including Super Kev
2nd Sheff United- Adkins will be the man to finally get them out of the league
PW Bradford- Just miss out on playoffs last year have a good squad
