Should be 5m up front and paid in full with add on ie appearances, international appearances and 10% sell on clause.

Because some people have to have their daily pop at the club (Tan).

Fact is under Tan we have got good value for the players we actually wanted to keep.

WBA, Marshall and Tan may well get what they want. But as fans all we will see is the loss of perhaps our best player with none of the fee spent on the players we need. But, come on, haven't we invited this situation.

WBA don't want to spend £6Mil, expect Marsh to go for around £3.5mil as club are desperate to off load him
