IPlayer Help Needed

Okay - so Ive logged onto my ccfc account and bought Iplayer .
When I try and go onto Iplayer its saying my email and or password is invalid ?
Do you have to register for Iplayer even though Ive paid for it ?

If you bought a PlayerHD [b]bundle[/b] then you will be emailed a unique activation code. Enter this code on the Player buy page here - https://www.player.cardiffcityfc.co.uk/ ... irectdebit .
If you didn't buy a bundle and purchased directly from the PlayerHD buy page then contact - player.support@streamamg.com .

Been in touch with them and done what they asked,still can't get on
