Terrible idea. Why should criminals who cant abide by the rules of society be allowed back out to work in society and earn money as well? They should be locked up for 23 hours a day, given little food and water and have to undergo military style training to teach them some bloody respect.

Locking people up and throwing away the key just means more neglect, which is many cases is the reason they are there or will reoffend.
Some crimes yeah maybe, but not everyone in prison is a rapist or murderer.

Them Russian prisons are fuking brutal (black dolphin) probably the worst of them. You have to be incredibly stupid or extremely desperate to Break the law in that country knowing what's waiting for you if you get caught lol I wouldn't wish one of them prisons on my worst enemy. If the UK took a leaf out of their book and made our prisons with similar regimes, in willing to bet you'd see a huge drop in crime overnight. All these repeat offenders would soon straighten themselves out

We could clean up our roads and other areas using prison labour. Most would live with that. The problem is how far do we go. What other jobs would they take so those in power can gain.

Get them to fill potholes. There's lots of them in the UK and those responsible for repairing them do not do it quick enough.

Are you seriously asking me this question ? Cheaper labour on state projects mean that the price of the project which is paid for by the taxpayer is cheaper!!

If we get prisoners out of thier cells and learning a trade while out grafting in the day, then it will save us a fortune in the long run. Not saying all prisoners. Just the little kunt repeat offender drugged up liitle cretin type short stay fukers......like I was lol. I turned my own corner after a decent sentence, but surely there is a better option than locking these little kunts up time and time again. It does no fuking good. I aint no (give a hoodie a hug) type. But locking them up, and doing fukall with them when they're locked up ain't doing anyone any good. All these education type courses in prison are a load of bollox. Get them out grafting in the day that's what they need.

The difference is that the prisoners have no choice whereas people who don't have to work for me don't

You clearly haven't got a clue. Do you know in construction the vast amount of trades actually use agencies to fill in gaps between their private work ? In haulage many agency drivers actually earn more than employed people working for the same firm ?

i understand that supply teachers etc earn more than teachers in a year etc, but thats not what you advertise, you are at the bottom end of the job market, laboures etc, low pay jobs

No I don't, I also supply HGV drivers, construction trades and many other higher scale jobs but I put the lower positions on here because Believe it or not I have always kept my word that I will advertise work on here fire t before anywhere else to help fellow posters
