Outfield captain please....

Surely we cant stick with Marshall as Captain again this year. We need a leader, someone who will rally the troops.

When will it be announced?

Personally I think it's a nothing issue. Fans nowadays are finding any negative they can I feel.
If Marshall had a captains armband on his sleeve does it stop turner organising the defence and barking orders? Does it stop Gunnarson rallying the troops in midfield and keeping people going?

Marshall knows the club well and shows a lot of passion towards us which is a great example to set so I'm not really bothered. Sometimes it's what the captain is like off the pitch that counts

Knowing Slade he will have Marshall as captain, also he will keep going with Whittingham and Gunnerson in midfield, the man is so predictable

Agree with this. The whole team needs leaders. Plenty of other teams have goalkeepers as captains
