Cardiff City Goalkeeper David Marshall favourite to be Cardiff City skipper, but Russell Slade yet to make final decision.
Scotland international is suspended for opening three Championship matches and Bluebirds chief could think again if side make a good start to the new season.

He should defiantly look for a new captain out field captain
Marshall is brilliant and a leader but time to change things around , personally don't like keepers as captain

Personally I think it's a nothing issue. Fans nowadays are finding any negative they can I feel.
If Marshall had a captains armband on his sleeve does it stop turner organising the defence and barking orders? Does it stop Gunnarson rallying the troops in midfield and keeping people going?
Marshall knows the club well and shows a lot of passion towards us which is a great example to set so I'm not really bothered. Sometimes it's what the captain is like off the pitch that counts.

Same here captains need to be either a cb or cm in my opinion,someone in the thick of it

Thought his ban was 3 games which would include the League Cup game?
So only missing 2 league games. Or is ban for 4 games?
