On the way home from the game last night my friends were saying that the,y don't really see any improvement from last season and that the best players bar Ameobi we have are from the pre slade era. They mentioned that yes it was good work for the first 15-20 mins like usual but the game slowly got boring again like last season. I have to disagree to an extent though as the difference is the players look more confidence and are playing together as a team. We cannot judge the season to come on performances in friendlies and not to mention we actually won it. I just think we need to keep faith with slade and give him a chance. Judge after the first 6-7 games. If after that we are looking poor and not collected ma,ny points then fair enough but I think we shouldn't get on his back the minute we loose a match.
