OT. PROXY SETTINGS KEEP CHANGING

Does anyone have a problem in internet options where the lan settings keep reverting to "Use a proxy server" from the "Automatically detect settings" and then a page will not open until I change it back happens loads of times, cannot find solution anywhere, many thanks if anyone has an answer
ps. will windows 10 solve the problem
