Didn't realise this but we are playing both these games as an agreement to Kenwynnes and Connollys loan agreements last season. Cardiff put the clauses in that we have to play them both in pre-season. Seemed a strange decision really as both aint really crowd builders and the Bournemouth game being away against their reserves

lets be honest, their second string will give us a good enough test, as their first team was light years ahead of us last year
Why supporters actually take the time to actually moan about pre-season friendly opposition is luducrous

They wanted a pre-season friendly as part of the Jones loan and then put out a 2nd team?
Cheeky buggers.

Why waste time on big crowd pulling friendlies? It's just a couple of games, not exactly gonna make a mint on them. We need to test ourselves against the best teams in our division to see what we are up against for the coming season. There is no better test than last years first and second placed teams.

Interesting indeed, Gareth
Was that "IF" they got promoted, as it would seem odd to play teams in our Division?

doesnt matter who you have pre-season nobody gives a toss - players included. Its just a chance to have a run and try things out ffs.
If you had Man Utd in a pre-season do you really think you would have Rooney, Jones, De Gea playing? You would have 11 players looking to have a run out, probably wouldnt have heard of most of them
we even gave free tickets to season ticket holders and only 1/2 turned up - and that was free!
