Whatever happened to...

Darcy Blake? I always thought he would reach the big stage one day. Does he not want to play anymore? It's never too late at his age to return to football and he still could become of wales's greats.

He last played at Plymouth in 2014 but there doesn't seem to be anything after then, but I'm sure someone will update us.

I seem to recall that he was released by Newport Co a few months ago, after an unsuccessful trial. I might be wrong though.

What happened? Alcohol (allegedly).

Thought I read somewhere that County gave him a trial but didn't take him on and he is now working on the railways! I could be wrong though.
