A growing team spirit.

Which is what Slade is creating and that can go a long way in the championship and signing players and chucking money at it doesn't help all the time in fact it can make things worse because it can upset the apple cart and i think Slade knows that he doesn't need much additions he is grateful for the quality we have already got its just about team spirit that can bring the best out which is i feel a quality team onwards and upwards.
