It showed in the last general election.
The working man turned against labour.
What is the point in labour any more?

Tony Blair started the rot.

In all fairness Cameron is trying to deal with the issue.

Vote for Jeremy corbyn and give labour a purpose again instead of just being a worse run conservative party

Mass immigration obviously isn't the answer but there's a large section of British society that is less deserving of living here than a percentage of immigrants that come over and actually contribute to society and the economy.

Turning "Left" again isn't the answer for Labour

Common sense and practical ways to help communities to re-engage with each other is the best way forward

Andy Burnham (for me) represents Labour's best option for Party unity going forward

He'd be my second option, as long as it's not that tory c**t liz kendall

The day Labour died was when it sold its soul and let the evil Blair exploit the party for his own gain. Like a phoenix it needs to resurrect itself and get back to the core values which made it great. Out of the current crop only Jeremy Corbyn can possibly do that.

Just a small payment for the torture inflicted in the 80's.And my late father(bless him) always said the Tories didn't give a shit for the working man.Wales was ignored in the 1930's by the Tory government and it was the King of all people that shamed them by speaking out after visiting Wouth Wales and seeing the deprivation first hand.I know the Labour party is pants these days but there will be a heatwave in Siberia before I vote for that lying scum.I feel sorry for all those so called working strivers that voted tory in the last election only to find themselves on the wrong end of another tory lie.The proposed minimum wage of £7.20ph is nowhere near enough to cover the loss of working taxs credits and so yet again they take the piss out of the very people that voted them into power.

Labour completely messed up immigration during the noughties but amazingly still held power right through the decade. What that proves is deep down people care more about the economy than immigration (or any other issue) as it was the financial crash which did for them rather than anything else.

But you make a great point about the Tories who only 10 weeks ago couldn't tell us where the welfare cuts were going to come, only to suddenly find a way of hitting so called "strivers" for a grand a year in tax credit cuts, while at the same time allowing the impoverished millionaires to pass on £1m tax free after their deaths.

It is just amazing how naïve people are in thinking the Tories are a party of "working people". For all their faults there is only one party that truly has the interests of working people at heart and that's the Labour Party.

There's a simple way to make work pay....employers could pay decent wages instead of trousering everything! And they come here because we got good beer and football

Like I said raise the pay and distribute it around a bit. Why should it be confined to the elite few?
