You're right, it should have been 20 years! :D

I hope you are saying it's pathetic because a 5 year banning order is too lenient

Re: Chelsea Fans Paris Racism

Banned for 18 years.

Only white people are racists.

No excuse for them. If that was our club I would want them banned for life. Scum bags. No place for that behaviour in modern society. I'm not just talking about white vs black. Racism in general is a despicable act and attitude.

My apologies as read it as each one was banned for 18 years so I stand corrected but a Bit harsh mate saying they shouldn't be allowed near a match again, we've all done and said silly things and regretted our actions and hindsight is a wonderful thing. How do we know all the banned people made the remarks, did they have lip readers in court, why pick on a few when the carriage had at least 50 fans in it.

I'm banned from our ground for making a racist remark and am allowed back if I sign the white paper about my future conduct which I refuse and have told the police to f**k off as signing it will make me guilty of said offence. If I had made such a remark then why didn't the police arrest me there and then?, reason is, because I never made no such remark but because who I am then they was rubbing their hands to tie me down to the white paper contract like 60 others who have signed it.

If that was a black men shouting what these people have said then you wouldn't hear about it. Racism cuts both ways for me but not for the police as they and the establishment clamp down on white people as it's political correctness, Remember the charlie hebdo in France when over a million marched to honour free speech and the world leaders apart from Obama where leading the possession, arms linked and saying free speech must always win. It seems theres double standards in this country

I could give hundreds of links to new stories where crimes against whites are not hate crimes and lenient sentences where as whites crime against them is automatictly a racist/hate crime and punishment is extreme compared to them.

Not proper fans.
Not Chelsea supporters.
Just racist scum. How anyone plan say that if it was the other way round etc is beyond me!!

It's plain wrong whoever you are.

5 years is ridiculously lenient as a ban. I know fans who've been banned for 10 years plus for invading the pitch.

Let the bigoted scumbags rot I say.

The march in Paris by world leaders were saying to Muslims, we'll draw cartoons and offend anyone just like Muslims do here as it's their right because we live in a democracy of freedom of speech and expression. Now what did these banned fans (in your case not) do wrong?.

Oh what a surprise!I note an ex Police Constable who now works for the Human Rights Forum is one of these untermensch.Vile fans, Combat 18, Red Hand of Ulster-Linfield, Rangers and Chelsea far right connections.None of them will trouble Mensa of course but Chelsea Football Club have completely bottled it what a reflection on them and the football world looks on. Shame on them

No one can say that it was 100% them through both in signing the songs and stopping the guy getting into the train.

I've warned everyone that the rise in banning orders will shoot up this years in all the home nations because of France.

Let's be honest if this happened in reserve 2 black men said it to a white man nothing at all would be said

It's a fcking disgrace totally against rasicism but why is it only one way ?

Calling us sheep shaggers is just as bad as calling them something

They take it to heart we take a laugh , that doesn't mean they shouldn't get done aswel

Re: Chelsea Fans Paris Racism

Supporting these vile tossers just because they're supposed football fans is ignorant in the least and down right offensive at worst.Yes some blacks are racist too but two wrongs don't make it right.

Far worse crimes get committed everyday. 5 year bans is enough punishment and it should now be forgotten.

This is a common misconception: Freedom of speech does not exist in the UK. It is enshrined in US law. Unfortunately, this allows groups like the KKK to preach their views despite the majority being opposed to them.

The March in Paris by world leaders did not say anything you quote to Muslims or by other religion for that matter.

The people convicted repeatedly took part in acts of aggression and verbal abuse aimed specifically at a man trying to board a train . Which part of that do you think is not doing anything wrong???

So you are banned yourself?

And of course it isn't your fault that someone said something racist but you won't sign the form to allow you back in.

Well done!

Don't sign it. EVER!!

Not many white people receive verbal and aggressive abuse while trying to board a train.

I'm pretty well traveled and I have never experienced racism towards me even when I have been the only white guy for hundreds of miles. The odd 'Mzungu' (foreigner) shouted at me is about the extent of it and it is not really racism.

Some of my family members, who are black, experience a bit of racism now and again but not like the guy trying to board the train. Defending the actions of those racists is a little bizarre.

Of course if a white guy tried to board a train and was treated similarly by black people I would hope that the courts would be dishing out similar sentences. So while racism does cut both ways you don't see many black people aggressively abusing white people for getting on a train.

i really dont get this argument (and i know its not just you saying it) - people almost seem to be excusing the chelseas fans actions with a hypothetical situation! when was the last time you saw a group of black guys not let a white person on public transport btw??

the point is no black men did say anything to a white man. and when you say 'they take it to heart' - perhaps you would too if you'd had to suffer through the mindless racism that a lot of black people were (and are still) subjected to! you only have to look at what went on in russia with frimpong - racism is alive and well still, and posts like yours do nothing to stop it. it shouldnt be a case of 'them and us'

Correct you don't see it because it gets overlooked so it's not on the news because they get away with it because By the way it looks you can't be racist if you call a white person something

I've heard a group of black guys in London calling a white guy a chicken nugget but that's 100 percent fine ...

If that was the other way around and recorded a group of white guy's would be national news And a disgrace that's a fact

Should be equal both sides but unfortunately it is not then people defend them even though they do it to us

Totally against it but also against the rights they have over us on name calling

this is bonkers. i cant be bothered to type an essay but if you really think white people suffer similar (or worse) racism to black people then you are crazy. i'm white and have never once been racially abused, or discriminated against. bet you'd be hard pressed to find a black person who can say the same thing (apart from the bit about being white obviously)

not saying that's at all right, obviously it isnt. but the fact that you have one isolated incident from over ten years as an example does indicate that its not as commonplace. if you genuinely feel that white british people suffer racism to a similar degree as others then you're just wrong it is that simple.

It doesn't matter what degree it is

Racism is racism we would get punished they do not
