Cardiff City: Perth Glory has confirmed Andy Keogh will leave the club after the striker received a lucrative offer from an overseas club - believed to be Cardiff City.
Despite having one more season remaining on his existing Glory deal, Keogh has opted to walk out and continue his career abroad following Perth’s salary cap scandal that engulfed the club last season.
They also appear to be prepared to fight to the very last day of the transfer window to land number one target Johnny Russell.
The 25-year-old Derby winger has been pursued by Bluebirds’ boss Russell Slade all summer and we can reveal Cardiff tabled a bid for the Scottish international - only to see it rejected by the Rams.

Kenny Lowe will have to make do without the Irishman's goals after the club acknowledged the former Wolves man is set to leave
Perth Glory have confirmed Andy Keogh is set to leave the club, with the Republic of Ireland striker believed to have agreed to join Thai Premier League side Ratchaburi FC.
Glory released a statement on Tuesday announcing their failure to entice Keogh to stay after negotiations aimed at ensuring the terms of his contract became compliant with A-League salary cap rules.
The Western Australian club were disqualified from last season's finals after being found guilty of breaching the player payment regulations.
The deal that succeeded in luring Keogh, a regular goal-scorer in England's Championship and current Ireland international, to Western Australia to considerable fanfare later become the subject of intense scrutiny as details of the scandal emerged.
According to Goal Thailand, Keogh, 29, has been pictured on Instagram with Ratchaburi manager Tanawat Nitikarnchana and the club's president.
The Dragons, who finished fourth last term, are understood to have secured Keogh's services for two seasons.
Perth Glory have also lost Danny Vukovic, Scott Jamieson, Rostyn Griffiths, Jamie Maclaren and Daniel De Silva from the team that led the competition for much of 2014-15.
