Anyone purchased city player bundle?

i purchased the cc player and DVD bundle last night online and it confirmed etc, however it still won't let me watch cc player, any ideas why?

Probably not been through the system setup yet, give the contact number a ring, i just had a thought, I have a rolling subscription, and when I went to watch the highlights it did not load, you have to log in, at the top right of the home page :thumbup:

I entered my code, watched highlights of forrest green.

Went on last night and it said I have no subcription as it has expired.

Emailed them and they said go through and re enter you bank details and put the code in again. He said the reason is they need bank details on file. I put them in the first time though :old:

He said its happened to a few people.

Aww right thanks, when I log in it says I have no account at all although I registered and everything, I'll try sort it cheers :thumbright:

I tried to buy the package and could not get off the 'choose package' screen. I gave up after3 attempts, there's obviously flaws in the system, if their tech guys are reading, please sort it out :thumbup:

I bought Bundle 2 a few weeks ago but carried on watching Player clips using my previous monthly (direct debit) subscription.

The new bundle offer is a major cash saving on the previous deal - so I changed (and got the 2 Season Review DVDs for 2013-14 and 2014-15 through the post a couple of days later).

When I got the message (dialogue box) that the previous subscription had lapsed I tried to register with the code emailed by Jamie de Cruz from the club's Communications Dept. I couldn't get it to work so I sent an email to the Player technical team using the link in the code email.

They were very quick and very good. I had a thorough email response walking me through the next steps to ensure I didn't get blocked again. The main problem (as someone said above) was that I hadn't filled in the payment details (because I payed via the club ticket site by credit card - so nothing to pay, hence the code). Once I did all that as directed I was set up with no problems and everything worked as before.

If you have got the subscription code email from the club use the link to technical support if you have any problems.

If you bought a bundle (Bundle A with match programmes, Bundle B without) through the club's ticket site then you have to choose the package that allows the payment method you used - the 3rd one I think. Not the monthly direct debit option. Also 'choose' the payment method that you used to buy the bundle. Then when you enter the promotion code (emailed by the club) the cost will be set to £0.00. You still have to fill in all the payment details - but you have already paid via the club ticket site, and won't be charged via Player.

There could be better information/guidance on screen and in the promotion code email - but in my experience both the club and Player technical support have been very good at dealing with any problems.

It has said something about an activation code but I haven't received no email with an activation code, any ideas
