Russell Slade needs at least one transfer window

Well at least that's what some fans kept saying last season when City constantly played uninspiring football.

He's already had the January window and hasn't made much headway during this one.

I'm not one of those fans that'll be satisfied because we're changing the colour of some seats back to blue. I want more than that!

Believe me I want Cardiff to do really well because that'll mean I'm being entertained and getting value for money. Trouble is, as I'm about to get in the car for the journey to Shrewsbury, I can't help wondering if anything has changed. How will Slade turn a team of non tryers from 6 months ago into a quality side going all out for promotion. I just can't see it myself.

Slade will get 6 games and I'm sure. If his way fails, he's out.
Within ths squad there is a decent team fighting to get together.
Hope Slade can find it.
If so, I can see us gathering momentum.
