My dad in March 2005 against Ipswich Town, a crappy 1-0 defeat with a crowd no bigger than 12,000. That somehow got me hooked.

My father. versus QPR in the early 70's midweek match. my uncle was the groundsman at the time so i got a nice view from the grandstand! fantastic atmosphere under the floodlights and i remember fred davies saving a penalty.

We were in the old Family Enclosure (below the old Grandstand) and it was a 2-2 draw

I can remember the incredible atmosphere under the massive floodlights (then the best outside of Wembley) and to this day I always prefer the night games!

Cardiff finished 5th in the table and I was hooked!

My friends father who was a steward and got us in free. It was against Sunderland in 1970 and Toshack was still playing for us and we were top of the league.We won 3 -1. This was a great result as this Sunderland team beat Leeds in the FA cup final.

Went with a couple of mates when I was 9 or 10 years old. No adults & walked there from my home in Grangetown.
Can't remember who we played but Toshack & Brian Clark were up front!
