I'm sure he is under huge pressure to deliver results but for me its the performance on the pitch that needs a complete overhaul.

Under Malky we had the likes of McNaughton, Conway, Cowie and Campbell, players that would run themselves into the ground for the team. If Slade can get anywhere near the team spirit and hard work with the current lot that Malky did, we'll do ok.
