Sky Sports

Claudio Ranieri has been appointed as Leicester City manager.

No more details yet but here's what Ranieri has said: "I am so glad to be here at a club with such great tradition as Leicester. Since I left Chelsea I have dreamed of a chance to work in the best league in the world again."

Good manager, But what they should have done is appointed someone with no Premier League managerial experience who used to be a big name. The person who decides this man should have no idea about the game and base his choice on who he watched on TV once when he was small and 1st caught a glimpse of this game they call 'Soccer'.

They are doing it all wrong.

Strange appointment when the Leicester board don't like working with 'dufficult' characters.

I don't know much about him other than he managed Chelsea before Mourinho.

Reading some of his quotes earlier, sounds a bit like a less angry Eric Cantona

Very experienced manager. managed some top clubs including Chelsea, Juve, Roma, Valencia, Monaco, Inter.

Real madrid were looking at him to replace Ancelotti at one point.
