FANS: It means no adult will pay more than £22 for any away fixture, while concession prices will be capped at £15 and kids just £10.
Every away game will cost (their adult fans) £22 next season, for Premier League Football,Club subsidising the cost of tickets.Great work from their Trust.

Yes they are.
Looking after their own fans rather than spending large sums of money making sure away fans visiting their stadium enjoy themselves.

We were hardly looked after when we were in the Premier League,a sad fact.
Also, they spent money looking after away fans coming to Cardiff

Yes I seem to remember when we were in the Premier League we were given £250K to use for the benefit of away fans.
I was under the impression that this was to be used, like Swansea and Stoke have done, to benefit their own fans travelling to away games rather than being used for the benefit of away fans travelling to our ground.
Apart from a free trip to Swansea I'm struggling to remember any other benefits the club passed on to our travelling support in that season. So where did the rest of the money go I wonder? Was it to make our away section more welcoming for away fans?

Isn't the point people lording them when all they are doing is using up money already given to them? when Stoke been paying for away travel completely for years! City was not alone in doing bugger all for their fans?

City were given over £200,000 to spend on our fans, yet a over quarter of it was spent on the away fans at our own ground
Allan, for once admit when your in the wrong.

Bloody hell people really do hold grudges on here. It's was over 2 and a half years ago.
I warn you. You'll all have breakdowns if you're not careful.
I wonder what other clubs do with the money. It seems clubs like Swansea and Stoke were looking to boost the number if travelling fans.
I assume many clubs in the Premier don't need to offer this incentive so what do they do with it?

It's an excellent deal that all premier league clubs should copy, it falls in line with the FSF campaign twentys plenty ...hopefully all championship clubs could do the same but making it twenty quid maximum for fans, using a similar subsidy from the SKy deal.
Fans get fed up of travelling to the same grounds year after year and paying inflated prices to do so...Swansea fans away attendances were starting to dip after a few years in the top flight and This scheme addresses that issue.
The worry is that the other 19 premier league clubs make Swansea a Cat A fixture and over charge for tickets knowing that fans will only pay £22 and the Swansea club would have to pay the deficit

Pretty sure I read from a journalist that the 250k thing is a myth
Wed Jul 08, 2015 4:19 pm
Not a myth but a fact each premier league club gets a quarter of a million pounds to improve the away fan experience it can help fans visiting your stadium or help your own fans travel plans or both

From my own experience of visiting every away ground when we were in the Premier League not many clubs used it to help fans visiting their stadiums!

http://www.fsf.org.uk/latest-news/view/ ... ive-201415 - although i dont think some of those initiatives will cost the clubs that much....
