Realistically we need to change 3 or 4 first team players if we want to be challenging for promotion which should be the aim.

Playing one player from DVP could be a possibility but no more than that and it's a massive leap to step up to Championship level.

Would be a recipe for disaster,we desperately need to sign at least 3 experience quality players "Now"

I'd go along with that.

Ideally you need the 'ready' development players on the bench and making odd appearances to build up their first team experience.

Throwing them into a team without any leaders, any direction and limited football style would do them more harm than good.

3 or 4 players, develop a good playing style and then bringing in development players to a more stable environment is what we need. Don't believe we have the right man for the job though.

Maybe wouldn't improve position wise but would give us a brighter future and more of a chance to be proud of our club

I'd just like to see some direction from the club to go forward. If the people in charge decide that it is best to only take players from the academy, then so be it. It may not be the best idea, but its a plan to aim for.

For me, the worst part at the moment is that it feels everyone is pulling in different directions. And there's not a clear plan.

A mixture would be good , but I believe our scouting system is non existent.
