See England women are through to the semi final of the women's world cup. Their boss said they have joined the 1966 and 1990 club. Referring to when England men won the world cup and got to the semi's. Fantastic achievement but that's a nonsense comparison to make. Standard is nowhere near the same and doesn't attract anywhere near the global audiences as the men's world cup does
