I think he would make a good target man in the prem.

I dont rate Rudy at £6 million but think of him as on a par with Kenwynne.

In fact I rate the clumsy try hard as a better asset than Kenwynne

Madness he was loaned out with a right to buy instead of just a loan. IMO malky totally took his eye off the ball once we got promoted.

I think Rudy came to us to early. Since he has been at Blackburn he has improved no end and, in my opinion, he is easily as good as Fraizer Campbell was. £6m I would pay it. I just hope he is sold before we play Blackburn!

A lot of supporters on here slagged him off when he was with us, people forget he was a kid with a bright future, Malky got rid of him and brought in that 7 million load of rubbish as much as I thank Malky for taking us up he made a dreadful blunder there and looking at the price Rudy is now a Unforgivable bit of management.

I am going to go out on a limb here and suggest that out of Jordan Rhodes and Rudy - I would take Rudy.

He is constantly improving. Can score with both head and feet. And also plays the holding game well now.

Nobody can say told you so on this as no one rated him and certainly no one saw 25 goals at championship level in him.

My understanding is Rudy was loaned out when Malky was our manager, but Ole then came in and allowed him to leave permanently so he could bring Kenwyne Jones in?
