EE are crap, spent seven hours on the phone to their non existent customer service, just was told lies and getting hung up on.
EE admitted they had a customer service problem when I spoke to them later on.

What make and model are they Norms?

Never had an issue with EE.

Even with my last upgrade, they were very helpful - both over the phone and in store - and very quick compared to previous networks I've used.

As someone who works in retail, they're very good and I would recommend them to anybody.

Be careful, said on daytime TV yesterday that EE will charge for this if you leave them. (Thats going by what my Mrs said mind)

From what I read ee will own it, if you leave ee they might charge you £5, but if your careful it's a good deal,

Also if your using it out and about and the power bar is out of charge, go to the nearest ee store they will replace with a fully charged power bar

Well was told to use upper case for power still didnt work was it 365?
