CARDIFF City look to have ended their interest in signing Derby County forward Johnny Russell.
Russell was reportedly a transfer target for the Bluebirds this summer.
However, Cardiff are now looking elsewhere after being told the Scotland international is not for sale, according to Wales Online.
City boss Russell Slade this week met with chairman Mehmet Dalman to discuss the club's transfer budget and potential targets.
