Nice to say you've seen them, I know, but a shadow of the great band they once were. Took my daughter to see them a few years ago. She enjoyed it more than I did perhaps because I saw them in Sophia Gardens in 1970 when they were fantastic. Daltry's voice is shot now. You'd far more enjoy the Kast off Kinks, including Mick Avory, at the Globe in October and its only £15.

Only right to add that it should still be a great experience and well worth the money.

Roger Daltrey's voice is not shot-went to see them at the O2 in march after show was cancelled in December and I can tell you his voice was spot on! Reading in the paper his insurance company won't let him sing 2 nights on the trot, but a lot of singers in newer bands these days won't still be banging out the notes in 50 years time.

Spot on. I've seen them around 12 times over the years and Daltrey's voice is still fine, especially considering his age. There is not one band today who will still be banging it out like Daltrey and Townsend can still do 50 years on. They may not be doing many more tours so see them while you've got the chance as they are one of the greats.
