All this talk of getting in new players.I know that we need experienced players,but we never hear SLADE and CO.talk about our own young players that play in the academy and the devolpment team.When Slade knew that we was safe from relegation last season, why he never gave any of these young players a few games I never know.The mans CLUELESS.What,s the point of having an academy.?

He has brought in young players who haven't had a look in before like Harris Mason and Ralls to be fair.

Harris had a loan move, Mason was in our team before hand before we were challenging for promotion and Ralls had a look in too!
Slade needs to give John more of a chance.

I agree Slade should give John more of a chance but Before Slade Harris Ralls and Mason weren't given much of a chance under Ole and Malky they were just shipped out on loan all the time but Slade has given them a chance.

If he did that and we lost though it would be slade out, he's not good enough etc. he can't win
