If as you say we should get behind the team and manager and give them our full support then isn't it time to get rid of the Slade Out smilies. This practice is definitely not giving full support to our club and just shows negativity

Roy, I cant stop posters opinions/beliefs that would be totally unfair.
Its up to fans individually whether they support Slade or not.
Posters asked for the banners.
I am not a Slade fan, but I will be supporting my team and I wont be putting up Slade out banners.

to be fair Roy, there is a 'Slade in' banner as well....its just not many people use it
