Not worth anywhere near that amount .
40million puts him above players like Sergio aguero , Eden Hazard , David villa and Mario Gotze. In fairness he is nowhere near the level of these players .
IMO England have at least three players who can play his position who are arguably better than sterling anyway in Theo Walcott , Oxlaide Chamberlain and Andros Townsend .
If Liverpool get 40 million + for a player with only one good season behind him and a bad attitude they will be laughing their heads off all season .

Football has gone mad!
Not even a world beater and they are throwing this sort of money around.... Most of us work our arse off 5/6 days a week just to break even then there are jokers like this having that sort of dosh!
