Our new signing seems to have slipped under the radar with all the hype about the new kit. U doubt he will have a huge part to play but he looks solid, tall and quite pacey so could be a real asset next season and beyond. Could be one for the future.
Slowly but surely Slade is building a young team. Ajayi, Ralls, Mason, Kennedy e.t.c could be at the club for a while and develop into fabulous players. They are the future of the club.

Tend to agree and if that is the way we are going the fans are going to have to be patient.

Joe Mason is 24 years old now and not shown anywhere near like getting 15-20 goals. In his best season he still only got 12 goals. Agree on the rest though.

Bringing through the youth is the way forward. No more spending silly money. Spend with in our own means, buy a few experienced players and let the youth learn from them and develop.

Mason looked like an excellent prospect but has never really kicked on. This will be a big season for him and if he finds himself out of the team or injured for a long period I can see his career going backwards.

Don't forget Harris if he ever gets a bloody chance!

Can't say I know to much about Ajayi hopefully he turns out to be a good signing. Kennedy I've been impressed by, and think he was Slades best signing so far. I expect a big season from Ralls and for him to really nail down his place in the team. It might be a make or brake season for Mason as I fear he will be moved on and waste the talent he's got. Hopefully Harris will be given more game time, along with the likes of Healey and O'Sullivan. It really looks positive with the amount of young players it's just all down to Slade now.
