Anybody had any dealings with this company???

Yes, very good, filled in the online forms regarding my cars' condition, was given an estimated value, booked an appointment, they checked over the car, and the value they gave was in my bank within 3 days. I'd recommend using them from my experience

The offer the rock bottom book price and then try and charge you an admin fee. They trade on the fact that most people that come to them just want rid without any hassle.

WBAC is better value than P/X at a dealership.
Make sure you do not have any dents or scratches. If you do, get them removed as you will get more money after the body work done on the car.
WBAC do not take into account the interior, only the bodywork and the obvious stuff like mileage.
I used to be an admin at WBAC a few years ago for a few months.

my comment about dents and scratches, if the value of the car is > 5k get that done.

Don't Evans Halshaw have an ad where they say they will beat the price of WBAC?

brother used them last Saturday they basically took £10 per scratch and bit more if deep one, £40 for scratched alloys and tyres need to be above manufacturers guidlines not legal one or get deducted £££s for that. altogether took £500 off original quote!

Jokers that pick over anything.
Offered me £300 for my car. Sold it online for over £800 in the end. If you are desperate for cash then fair enough, but if you have the time then sell it yourself as you'll do better.
