The one and only good thing that Solskjaer did in the 2014 Summer Transfer window, was to bring the majority of his new signings in early. I'm sure we signed our first player by the end of May and then by the end of June, there were around 4 new players that had joined the club. Didn't we bid for Lewis Grabban in the same week or it may have been the week after our Premiership season ended. There are a lot of quality free transfers out there this Summer and quite a few of them would be quality signings and would make our squad a lot stronger. I judt don't want us going back to the bad days under Dave Jones, when every Summer it would feel like we left it late in signing players and we had to scrape the barrel as all the best players available had been picked up. Not one Summer under Jones had we done all of our business, before the first game of the season.
Bloooooobirds.

The later we sign someone, the less we have to pay in wages
