Italy lose to Portugal they will be in pot 2

Poland Ukraine Sweden Northern Ireland and Scotland in pot 3

Turkey and Republic of Ireland in pot 4

Apart from France and Italy in pot 2 I'd take anyone else

Spain need a draw to get 1st pot against Belarus

Can't believe we are seeded in pot 1 - am I dreaming? wake me up.

I dont think it makes a big difference, we still would have to beat the teams in our group

You are right but on paper at least there would be one or two weaker teams to face than if we were in pot 3 for example

Amazing transformation to so many years gone by,

Excellent progress for a smallish nation but one that sticks together

I remember when we were in pot 2 and still finished 5th in the following group. We all know that the rankings are rank and even teams like Greece will want to improve next time around and what group would they be in ?
