Rankings after last night

What position in the rankings will Wales be after last nights win ? I'm not sure how it works, do you get points based on the team you beat ? Like more points for a team in the top ten etc..

I think i read 11th is the highest we can go. Not all results in yet. For example i think we go above england only if they fail to win

I calculated minimum 11th, before any other results taken into account...however depending on other results we can go as high as about 7th (obviously really unlikely, but its possible)! For example, if Argentina beat Uruguay and England fail to beat Slovenia, we'll be 8th :D

It may be wrong, but I got it right for the last one :)

That is what I had seen on Twitter in the lead-up to Friday night.

Glad my maths is going well then haha I'm happy with that. If Brazil beat Colombia on Wednesday we should go above Colombia, and we can go above Portugal if they don't beat Italy tomorrow :D

Why are they playing a friendly when all the qualifiers are done and dusted? Bit strange!

It is strange timing! Looks like Portugal got a 1-0 win
