A forum for all things Cardiff City

So tonight in the 84th minute (ish) the national anthem was sung like I have never heard it before. 30000 Welshmen United and created an atmosphere for our national team that has not been seen in years, so here is my question
Are you the type of person that gloats at the fact you have a ticket and go to every game and let everyone know about it and ask where we're these people before we were doing well
Or
Are you the type of fan that goes to all the games home and away (like myself) and are glad of the sell out regardless if people are jumping on the bandwagon.
Now there is no right or wrong answer really and I am looking for an honest opinion, I believe if it had not been a sell out tonight we would not have won, and that anthem towards the end of the match was one of the greatest things I have ever experienced (again not possible if it's not a sell out)
We could have probably sold out the millenium tonight, and after tonight's result we will definitely sell out the millenium, I want to stay in the Cardiff City stadium because the players perform and because of the atmosphere, tonight we proved what a nation can do united.
I'm an optimist, I hope the people currently on board have caught the bug and will continue to watch Wales regardless of future results, I want the stadium full and hopefully the glory hunters turn into real passionate fans because of it.
I know people will not agree, but what is your opinion of our fans and how we treat Welsh football?
Rugby is played seriously between 8 nations ... Football is played seriously by over 200 countries, football success will out us on the map, what Is everyone's opinion?

The anthem singing at the end has been done before. The last time was against bosnia when we were holding on for our life at 1 - 1 I think it's more of a nerves thing.
Like at the end when the crowd started whistling for full time, a lot started humming men of harlech. It's easier for us to hold our nerve by singing I think.
as for the crowd, I'm all up for selling out the stadium, but was a little disappointed with the people wearing welsh rugby tops or liverpool tops, even saw a chelsea top.
My football snobbery aside, i dont suppose its about football. Its about all of us being welsh and proud of our representatices in football.
Well done to the 33000 +. And long may it continue.

The FAW have done a lot of things right recently but 10 per member was not one of them, 3/4 was more than enough allowing more to go on general sale although there was plenty of notice and £10 a membership to guarantee a ticket and to help for tickets for France is a bargain, one thing I will say is I saw very few tickets being sold and this'd that were I saw sold for face value which is great

It has been done before but I don't believe against Bosnia it was as loud and passionate and came from everyone like it did yesterday!
I want it sold out, I believe there are at least 33000 Wales football fans who deserve tickets bit maybe there are people that are getting tickets that shouldn't, how do we stop that? For example I know of an Englishman who got a ticket for today's game, he just fancied going as he works and lives in cardiff

Back in October? I was at that game, it was a near sell-out, and I can't recall the anthem being sung in the closing stages as it was on Friday night. By the way, the game finished goalless, not 1-1. Sorry for being pedantic!

I think if your a passionate welsh football fan there is no need to gloat. I always want wales & Cardiff to win, and sell out even If I can't get to the game it's the same when we play away I like to here we sold our full allocation.
