This morning the EBC breakfast show led on Sterling's possible transfer. Not a jot on our massive game tonight! No surprises there.

Yeah. And to think that we all pay the same licence fee.

They've always been labelled as left wing but they're not. They're just a bunch of right wing fuckers. You're right. If it ain't England, they ain't interested... unless it's negative press.

doesn't Wales have the Welsh news on the BBC and S4C..? Which both would have mentioned the game throughout using the licence fee../

Yes, you're right. There is a bias towards covering English football on the BBC.
Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland will always come a poor second to England in terms of what stories they choose to cover and how much time they're given.
If we qualify for Euro 2016, you can expect miles of coverage on Roy Hodgson and his men, and some token pieces on Wales.
I think the situation is worsened by BBC Wales placing so much emphasis on rugby. Rugby is the 'Establishment' game in Wales, isn't it? You could get the impression that BBC Wales sometimes look down on football and football fans from their nice, comfy taxpayer-funded offices in Llandaff. (There are honourable exceptions, of course, such as Rob Phillips.)
Back to the national BBC -- the producers, editors and reporters are mostly English, worship the Premiership glory clubs and either don't know or don't care what the Welsh/Scottish clubs and national teams mean to their supporters.

But when a welsh pundit is asked onto National BBC they ask that tw*t Robbie Savage!! However Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland have their own news through too and Wales also have S4C

All the English regions have their own news - London, Midlands, East Anglia etc too... The BBC's Rooney/Gerrard/Wenger-worshipping producers forget it's paid - by us - to be a
national broadcaster.
