James Collins admits he is not injured

Wed Jun 10, 2015 7:29 am

Did anyone hear this?.

There has been a number of times when James Collins has pulled out of the Welsh squad now.

He said that his calf is "quite tight" and he didn't want to risk missing preseason for West Ham. He said that as they have a new manager he doesn't want to risk being injured in 8 weeks time when they get together. Just the way he said it you could tell that he is prioritising West Ham over Wales and the injury is non existent.

Never liked him personally and hopefully he doesn't play again. Dummett/Chester/Williams are the future.

Bale and many others would turn out against merthyr tydfil under 12s.

I have no doubt that he will be fully fit if we have a chance of qualifying against andorra, running around loving the glory.

If true its not very palatable from a fans point of view but I guess at his age I can also see his point.A tough call but you have to respect what he is saying and he's just protecting his livelihood as we all do.As for the Bale and co statement, well you do have a reputation of making up stuff.

Possibly he has his sights on having a good season and being around during West Hams olympic stadium first year.

He doesn't look like he cares anyway. Did you see that miss against israel????. He acted as if it was a misplaced pass.

He is a red card waiting to happen as well.

We all know he's never put Wales first. Only decided to start turning up when we started winning. I rate Chester over him anyway so not concerned about his misguided priorities. It will be his loss when he's not picked to start games at Euro 2016 if we make it. Sorry, when we make it! :ayatollah: :D

As much as we have a couple of premiership players in that area for cover its a shame he feels this way. Hes made mistakes in the past and can be a bit rash but he would still be in the team for me. I dont think hes put his bit of a spat with Coleman to one side as the manager as seemed to have done and it may end up costing him a place in future squads. A bit sad when a player feels this way on the potential eve of great days for our nationĀ

Ashley Williams DOES NOT get stick. That's a Jack myth put about by people who don't attend the games. I do attend and have not once heard him get stick.

Do you really think Dummett is a good player or do you think because he plays for Newcastle he must be? Because he is dreadful
