Season ticket renewal Help

Are we still doing the season tickets on finance .

Im trying to do my renewal online but it wont let me

Any one

Because the club don`t want to pick up the phone or is this due to the wales game?

I done it through the finance companies website, V10 or something like that

Don't know whether they're still doing it though

Yes they still doing the finance option until the end of July I emailed them asking last week because they are no longer available on the v12 website . Was told to ring the ticket office to arrange the finance .

Go to buy now, chose you seat, proceed to checkout, (you will need you login, and fan number) put it though like you are buying it out right, untill the end of the process, where it will tell you the amount owed, then if you click somewhere at the top if should give you a finance option mate, pretty sure it works like that good luck.

Renewed mine by finance end of March. Up until this week had no response from club or V12 regarding it. No direct debits left my account. I contacted the club this week who told me to contact V12. They said the club had messed up and sent two requests so they had been declined. I find it crazy that at a time when season ticket renewals are down massively nobody bothered to contact me to tell me the situation with mine.
