Clark against Real Madrid....one for the historical significance and occasion, two because it went from left back to left midfield to left wing and perfect cross and header, and three I am in the photo behind the goal !

Yeah for me, this is probably the biggest goal I've seen live for Cardiff and he took it so well!

Might not be as significant as Clark or Campbell, but just judging on tyhe goal itself, it's a clear winner for me.

Big shout outs to skillful goals from Blake against Man City and Whitts against Boro. Both showed great close touch skills to make space.

One of my favourites was against Bolton in the mid seventies City had pulled back from 2 nil down and we were drawing 2 - 2 when the great Tony Evans got the ball on the half way line out wide and ran past about 6 players to crash in the winner.
The Bolton fans had been taunting the city fans from the bob bank as the Grange end was fenced off , they didn't realise until it was too late that you could go under the Grange end to get into the Bob bank , until it was too late.

Great days , different era and I am all for the more family environment, but as a teenager then I loved it.

Remember earnie scoring a cracking overhead kick, koumas score some beauts as well. Chopra has scored the best hat trick but on the video footage I have to go with Buchanan!

The question is best ever City goal and the best I've seen live is Alan Curtis when we beat Wrexham in the Welsh Cup Final in the late eighties at the Vetch. Brilliant solo goal that's on YouTube somewhere scored right in front of us on the terrace. Cue mental celebrations. "Thank you very much for Alan Curtis, thank you very much thank you very very very much" as the song went.

Can't remember if that was the match where we lost 4-3 to Middlesbrough after going 3-1 up. I may be wrong, a long time back and I can't remember what happened last week. Wish we had a team like that now, they were pretty entertaining to watch.

Probably the best team goal was against Everton in the FA Cup run of 1977!
Started with Healey ended with Tony Evans scoring a corner to put us one up !
The match of the Day cameras were there, but went on strike just before match, those at the game will remember it, I once saw footage of it from a club video.
