Wales v Belgium
Saturday 6th June 2015
Belgium danger man Eden Hazard has hinted that a heavy schedule for club and country this season has taken its toll ahead of lining up against Wales next week.
Hazard, the freshly-crowned PFA player of the year, has joined up with Marc Wilmots' Belgium after travelling with Chelsea on the club's post-season tour to Thailand and Australia.
The 24-year-old has played 57 games already this season but will also line up for his country against France in Paris on Sunday in a friendly in preparation for the crucial Group B qualifying clash with Wales on Friday evening.
Hazard is ready to play in both games but admits to feeling fatigued and says he is looking forward to some time off at the end of a long season.
"I am a little bit tired but I am ready to play in both the games. I want to go on holiday but I still have one week to work and to win the games," he told Sky Sports.
Hazard has taken the armband for Belgium this week against France and Wales with Vincent Kompany suspended following his dismissal against Israel in March.
While captaincy is new to him, he is relishing the responsibility and says it is also something he would enjoy at club level - though there is one significant figure standing in his way at Stamford Bridge.
Hazard added: "For a young player it is always good. I have to show to the young players to give everything on the pitch, and off the pitch the same.
"For me it will be the same, captain or not. I try to give my best and play my best football. I try to be the best all the time and show everybody how good I am."
"In my club it’s one guy, called John Terry. If I can one day, no problem, but it’s not my objective. My objective is to play and win trophies."

Haha no such luck for me! My Dad must have been sleeping under a rock for a week because I came home to the annoying news that there were no tickets left. My Mum tried to get me some in France bit it wouldn't leg a British account pay in another country online. Don't know how I'll watch it because my Dad has no sky TV.

He's had a stern warning and has promised to get his act together next time!

Enjoy the game if I don't speak to you before.

Could be good news for us, Hazard is without doubt one of the best players around right now.
Looking forward to the match though, and will be good to be back in Cardiff for a couple of days.
