Since his arrival from Crystal Palace last summer, 30-year-old Kagisho Dikgacoi's first season with City was hit with a spate of muscle injuries and also has a hamstring problem, meaning he made just two Championship appearances and one Capital One Cup start for his the Bluebirds.
Dikgacoi made his debut as a 15 minute substitute against Wolves last August then followed up a week later with a starting spot against Fulham before being subbed on the hour.
His one other City appearance was a full match in the cup against Port Vale.
Signed from Crystal Palace, who were managed by Tony Pulis at the time, wanted to keep hold of the midfielder but he chose to try a new club and I was hopeful he would provide some dynamism to our midfield.
Signed on a 3 yr contract, on £15k a week, if Dikgacoi is over his injuries then he would be a player I would like the club to keep and someone to challenge for a regular place in the team.
Would you like to keep Dikgacoi ?

I thought he was on much bigger wages than that

anyway he would be great in midfeild if he keeps fit.

Thought he would be on double that after we made him an offer palace couldn't match

He could be what we were missing last season the control in midfield , if the rumours are true and Slade has him on a full training schedule ready for the start of the season then he could be like a good new signing.
This season is his last chance if he gets injured or doesn't light up the club he will be gone by January or he could be the hero

A big season for him. He could be the instrumental central midfielder that we need. However, he could struggle to shake the injuries. Worth keeping on for another season.

The way people talked about his wages I thought he was on about 30/40k a week.
15k seems reasonable if we can actually get some football out of him. Ive not seen him play but from what I read he is a bit of a holding player, not sure how he fits into a 4-4-2 though

turned up woefully out of shape, even solksjaer commented on this.
There were rumours that he could have pushed himself to get fit more than he did. Its a real shame because hes exactly the type of player we need

Looked two stone overweight - Palace fans had warned us what to expect.
