Aston Villa striker Andreas Weimann has emerged as one of Cardiff City's and Derbys transfer targets.
The 23-year-old is out of favour under Tim Sherwood and big changes are expected at Villa Park this summer after their relegation battle.
Derby are favourite for his signature.
Reports in the Daily Telegraph claim Cardiff could offer the forward a £2million escape route.

Hugely underrated and will do well for a team like Derby.

I'd much rather us sign Weimann than Murphy if I am honest. Think Weimann will flourish in the Championship.

Would be a hit in the championship.

Better than Daryl Murphy! He is young as well Murphy is coming to the end of career. I see Murphy as a very short term fix to a long term problem. If we could get him this would be a good signing.

This is just what City needs

Personally I do not see us paying £millions for a player.
